Bad times continue at the box office

Blame it on the ongoing multiplex versus producers' tussle if you will, but last week's releases were all duds at the box office.

Aaa Dekhe Zarra premiered only in single screens and was below average. Ek-The Power Of One fared a little better in single screen theatres. Videsh was so poor that some shows had to be canceled.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives the box office verdict.

Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates. The thumbs ups and downs reflect rediff's views.
