Our wish to see more of Soha Ali Khan has been granted. The lovely actress' latest movie post Mumbai Meri Jaan and Dil Kabaddi is a light-hearted comedy titled Dhoondte Reh Jaoge.
The film which hits theatres this Firday also stars Kunal Khemu, Paresh Rawal and Sonu Sood.
Soha spoke to Patcy N about the film, and more.
What is Dhoonte Reh Jaoge about?
It is a comedy where a bunch of losers come together to make a movie called Solay Se L'agaan Tak. All the characters -- Kunal Khemu, Sonu Sood and I -- stay in a chawl but have big dreams to make it big in life.
I play Neha Chottopadhay, an aspiring actress who comes from West Bengal to stay in her uncle's house. Her appearance is very un-actress -- with huge-framed glasses and loud clothes. She can't even speak Hindi fluently.
Is it a spoof on any Hindi film?
Not really. We have many trademark scenes from films like Sholay, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Gadar and Lagaan.
