'Akshay has been enjoying remarkable success for many years now, and yet he is a down to earth person'
Nikhil Advani clearly loved directing Akshay Kumar in Chandni Chowk to China, because it was an experience he said he would love to have 'again and again'.
The 37-year-old director, who made Kal Ho Naa Ho and Salaam-e-Ishq earlier, hopes his new film will be watched and loved worldwide. He tells Arthur J Pais about his experience.

You have worked with some of the biggest artists in Bollywood -- Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta in Kal Ho Naa Ho, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Vidya Balan in Salaam-E-Ishq. And now, you have directed Akshay Kumar.
The biggest difference about working with Akshay and other Bollywood stars is that he returns your phone calls. This may sound very frivolous but it is very important to a filmmaker to have the actors readily available for discussion regarding any changes in the script or schedule. Akshay gets back to you immediately. If he is not available, his manager will call you back and say what time Akshay will call you and you bet he will.
