Oscar Nominee Spotlight: Frank Langella

My first memory of Frank Langella has him playing one of my childhood icons.

A quick glance at his filmography shows you an immensely high likelihood of this. Over the years, the man has played Dracula, Sherlock Holmes, William Shakespeare, Sir Thomas More, Adrian Quilty in Lolita, and even Superman's boss Perry White. Talk about high profile characters.

Not that any of that mattered to me. The movie I remember was Masters Of The Universe, and while it was a pretty darned bad film, I was six, and Langella was Skeletor.

It's been a long time since then, and Frank Langella is now up for a Best Actor Oscar for his jawdroppingly incredible work in Frost/Nixon.
