Kidnap is an emotional action drama. I play the richest Indian in the world, who goes through a crisis when his daughter gets kidnapped. His estranged wife [played by Vidya Malvade] comes back to him, and they try to solve it together.

It's a great film, quite stylish and action-oriented. Kidnap is rich in emotion and drama. It has good songs too.

How is your relationship with your own daughter Trishala (in the picture)?

It's a great relationship. I was in the Bahamas shooting for Blue and she was there with Manyata and me. There was a lot of interaction with her on the sets, off the sets, in the hotel, online... We spent quality time together.

She is studying Forensic Science and is currently working with the FBI. She discusses her profession with me.

Would you have been happier if she joined the Hindi film industry?

No, I would not want her to join Bollywood.
