November 25, 2008 14:26 IST

A metropolitan magistrate on Tuesday issued notices to Shah Rukh Khan [Images], wife Gauri and director Farah Khan [Images], asking them to remain present in the court on February 22 in connection with an application moved by veteran actor Manoj Kumar.

Manoj Kumar had filed an application against the three regarding a scene in the movie 'Om Shanti Om' which he felt ridiculed him. The Andheri metropolitan magistrate had last month issued summons to the three, asking them to remain present in the court on Tuesday.

However, the three failed to appear following which the magistrate issued notices to them asking them to be present on February 22, advocate Ashok Saraogi, appearing for Manoj Kumar, told PTI.
