Ram Gopal Varma is doing all he can to ensure that his upcoming film, Sarkar Raj will do well. Last evening, the director, along with People Infocom (Mauj Mobile) launched mobile games, wallpapers, animations, logos, videos and themes of Sarkar Raj at Mumbai's J.W.Marriott.
Present at the event were Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Manoj Dawane, CEO, People Infocom (Mauj Mobile) and Varma.
RGV, strangely, appeared quite rude at the event. When asked if this kind of promotion will be profitable for the film, he answered, "If this was not going to be profitable, I would not have ventured into it. The content of the film is very important. If the film can be promoted by other means, why not?"
Earlier in the evening, the music of the film was also launched. The Bachchans, including Abhishek, added glitter to the event. Other guests at the event were music mogul Bhushan Kumar, accompanied by wife Divya Khosla Kumar and music director Amar Mohile.
Sarkar Raj will premiere at the Idea IIFA awards ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 6.
