Coming from a family of doctors in Lucknow -- her father, brother and sister are all health professionals -- Aditi chose to do something different.
She took up a commerce degree in college instead, and was planning to get an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) degree when the acting bug bit her.
When she told her parents about her decision, they were upset. But their views soon changed when Aditi won the Zee Cine Star show. Now, they are the ones cheering her on as her new film unveils this Friday.
