How was your experience of working with Farhan? Does he tend to direct on the sets?
He never interfered. All of us would sit and discuss the scene. Farhan has done full justice to his role and it will surprise the audience. He has an amazing sense of humour and cracks jokes every minute. Working with such people made all my nervousness go away.
Is there any particular scene you couldn't get right?
The first day of the shoot was tough. As the script was given to us earlier, I knew the whole story. But that didn't stop me from feeling nervous and I couldn't give a perfect shot. I sat down and thought about it. Abhishek told me where to be mellow and a few retakes later, everything was smooth.
What difference do you find between television and films?
Just the thought makes a difference. The work schedules are different. With films, there is a bigger canvas and everything has to be perfect right down to the details. With television, some things can be ignored because it has a smaller canvas.
Also with films, you can shoot one scene in a day. You cannot do that in television because it is a daily soap. In films, you are more conscious about your look, hair and movements. But in television, it is not like that.
