Rani Mukerji to pay fine of Rs 90 lakh

Ahmednagar's Special Districk Magistrate court has slammed a fine of Rs 90 lakh on Rani Mukerji in connection with a government land dealing.
On January 3, the actress lost possession of the land she had purchased near Shirdi after the Maharashtra government declared the transaction as illegal, and formally took over the land.
With this, Rani's dream of having a home in the temple town of Shirdi was dashed.
