Poor opening for Mithya, Superstar

The cold wave sweeping most parts of India seems to have frozen the box office as well as Mithya failed to cash in on the critical acclaim it received.

And though last week's other release, Superstar fared slightly better than Mithya, collection-wise it too failed at the BO.

Unique story, great performance from Ranvir, Brijendra Kala is hilarious.

A never-ending bad, bad comedy.

Director: Rohit Shetty.
Good performances, superb camerawork.

Disappointing climax and muddled comic-thriller.

Bombay To Bangkok

Cast: Shreyas Talpade, Lena Christensen.
Director: Nagesh Kukunoor.
Good performances.

Extremely boring and lengthy film, with a wafer-thin plot.

Halla Bol

Cast: Ajay Devgan, Pankaj Kapur, Vidya Balan.
Director: Rajkumar Santoshi.
Shows Bollywood interestingly, Pankaj Kapur.

Too preachy, too lengthy.

My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves

Cast: Amrita Rao, Nikhil Dwivedi.
Director: E Niwas.
The film packs in an interesting blend of action, dance, drama, comedy and tragedy.

Slow in parts.

Return Of Hanuman

Director: Anurag Kashyap.
Enlightening and entertaining.

Novel idea.

Badly written and executed.

Taare Zameen Par

Terrific performances, a well-directed, sensitive film

Slightly repetitive, disappointing end.
