Even though Aamir Khan is going all out with his new film Ghajini, his co-star Jiah Khan has been relatively low-key.
The sexy actress has a deglam role in Ghajini, where she plays a medical student. She tells Nithya Ramani more about Ghajini, Aamir, and Asin.
Where have you been for the last two years?
After Nishabd, I got into a contract for Ghajini which required me to be in hiding. Aamir Khan didn't want me to appear in public, as my look in this film is very different. He didn't want any controversies either. I was lucky to get Ghajini after a controversial first film.
Tell us about your role.
I play a medical student. She is a very simple, geeky girl, living in Mumbai. She is very practical but has an adventurous streak as well. She studies the human brain, and goes in search of a case study when she finds Aamir.
I have lost a lot of weight for the film and look very differnt.
