Bollywood reacts to Mumbai terror

Mumbai may be limping back to normalcy after the recent terror attack but people from all walks of life are still seething. There is anger at politicians for sleeping on their jobs, and anger at the magnitude of the attack. But there is also praise and gratitute among Mumbaikars for those who have risked their lives to fight for our safety -- The National Security Guard, the army, the police and the fire-fighters.

Many have expressed themselves through slogans and peace marches across the city.

Film personalities have also been quite vocal about their thoughts through blogs and mails. We take a look at what some of them say.

Ajay Devgan, Kajol

Ajay Devgan and Kajol sent out a mail saluting the armed forces for their bravery in the need of the hour.

'We pay our tributes to the able officers, who have laid down their lives so that we can sit in our homes safe today,' they write. 'This is their job and they have done it wonderfully, but have we done ours? We pay our tributes to them till the crisis are over and the next working day, is exactly that, a working day. We forget all about them till next situation comes up. Our tributes last till the crisis last.'
