Is doing a show like Paanchvi Pass more difficult than KBC?
Television shows are difficult. Paanchvi Pass is nearly live and you have to be on your toes all the time. There are some 200 lights, 20 different kinds of sounds, unknown contestants, questions, technical flaws, kids and deadlines because it has to be ready for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Normally, I can work 20 hours a day, and never get tired. But for this show when I work from 1 to 6 pm, I get tired because this is very focused. It is one of the most difficult jobs that I do. There is a lot of money at stake and they have paid a lot of money to me. They believe Shah Rukh will add a lot of value to this show.
By the end of the evening, I get headaches. The problem is that when I reach home, my children want to know what questions I asked in the show. So I take a printout of questions home.
What were you like when you were in Class 5?
I was very naughty. I had a devil's mind. But I was good in studies. I also got away with things because of my dimples. My friends were jealous because I could retain things in my mind even though I studied less.
