What diet did you prescribe for her?
Being a star, one hardly gets time to eat. So the first thing I told her was not to skip meals. One should eat everything available -- seasonal fruits and nutritious vegetables.
I asked her to avoid long gaps between meals. She would eat only twice to thrice a day, and with the kind of work she does, all her energy would be lost by the end of the day. When you eat after a long gap, you tend to eat a lot. That should be avoided.
I told her to eat seven-eight times a day, in small quantities. Eating the right stuff at the right time is very important.
