Unfortunately, it seemed that her career was khallas as well, thanks to bit roles and flop films. But the actress is back with Ram Gopal Varmal's romantic-eerie drama, Darling.

"I feel that I haven't got my long standing due yet. My career is now on the uphill and I have really struggled to get where I am," Isha says.

She pours out her heart to Swati R Chaudhary about her plans of getting into the big league, Darling and more.

What is Darling about?

Darling is a triangle between a ghost (Esha Deol), a husband (Fardeen Khan) and his wife. I play Fardeen's middleclass, conservative wife who dotes on her husband and son. It is a romantic thriller with a dash of comedy.

As the film unfolds, she find out about her husband's affair. The film is about how I deal with the nightmare.
