I wrote and composed this song. It is like a stress buster and works every time I'm feeling down. It's reminiscent of a soothing lowree. The environment and setting contributed a lot to this song.

I was composing alone but I felt like I was surrounded by an ocean of people just like the twelve notes of music. This song somehow brings tremendous tranquility and soothes your nerves.

It was easy to compose but very difficult to write this song. The teacher-student (Monish Behl-Tabu) liaison is beautifully portrayed and expressed through this song. We captured all the emotions beautifully in this one song because it wasn't easy for the character to express his love for Tabu. The song worked as a narrative and took the story forward. It was integral to the plot.

My script, as a singer, is my music director and the lyrics. The success of any song hugely depends on the composition and lyrics. So it's very important that a singer, lyricist and the music director work in unison. Of course as a singer I am required to excel and perform from my end too.
