What exactly happened?
It has been written about so much. I do not want to talk about the details anymore. But one thing I want to say, it was written in many papers that I was sexually harassed. I was not sexually harassed. Honestly, I do not use and I don't believe in using my sexuality in films. Those papers turned mere harassment into sexual harassment
The man has verbally abused me several times. Then, he indulged in slapping. It was not just that one day he just slapped me; he had been continuously harassing me.
Is it not abuse at the workplace? Violation of rights?
It is definitely abuse at the workplace. What happened to me was definitely a violation of rights. It is a criminal offence legally. According to law, there is already a solution available to a criminal offence.
Just take the corporate industry. There are internal machineries to deal with the problems of the employees, and there are definite legal machineries to provide protection to the employees, both male and female.
