She saunters in in a tiny T-Shirt that proclaims 'The name's Chopra, Sheryln Chopra' and I know right away that I'm going to be dealing with a smart gal armed with a sense of humour.
Immediately, I get down and dirty with giggly Sheryln Chopra, the heroine of the film Red Swastika.
In a no holds barred tete-a-tete, Sheryln spoke to Tanveer Bookwala about her film, her sex appeal, and her affinity for the dark side.
What's up with the T-shirt?
I'm genuinely pissed off. The entire media has messed up my name and there is some major confusion. I'm known by various names -- Mona, Menka and God knows what else! So I'm just clearing the air once and for all with this T-shirt.
Why so much confusion over your name though?
It's frustrating. I feel like I have lost my own individuality. Mr Pande (Director, Red Swastika) loves the sound of 'Menka'. Even in the film's publicity, I'm credited as Menka.
The media is bewildered and I don't blame them. I'm Sheryln Chopra, and will only be known by this name henceforth after Red Swastika.
