Chak De excels in multiplexes

Last week's releases Marigold and Buddha Mar Gaya fared poorly at the box office.

But Shah Rukh Khan's Chak De! India did outstanding business at multiplexes in the metros and fairly well in multiplexes in other cities.

Trade pundit Vinod Mirani tells us the fate of these films.

Note: Films are ranked according to their release dates. The thumbs ups and downs reflect rediff's views.
