Muktha, who created quite a sensation as Vishal's heroine in the Tamil film Thamarabharani and Kamal's Goal has an important role in Nasrani.
Other cast members include Vijayaraghavan, Kalabhavan Mani, Bharat Gopi, Lalu Alex, Jagathy Sreekumar, Biju Menon, Arun and KPAC Lalitha.
