Now, Jogi will be remade in Tamil

September 7, 2006
This is the season of choreographers turning filmmakers in Tamil.

Prabhu Deva is currently remaking the hugely successful Telugu film, Pokiri, with Vijay and Asin. Raghavendra Lawrence, another successful Telugu choreographer, is making a Tamil film called Muni, starring Raj Kiran.

The latest to enter the fray is Raju Sundaram, elder brother of Prabhu Deva, who came into the limelight after he danced in the song, Rukmani Rukumani, in Mani Ratnam's Roja.

He also played Aishwarya Rai's brother in Shankar's Jeans, and the lead in I Love You Da, opposite Simran.
