Naushad's last journey

It was a quiet, dignified way of saying goodbye. Before the burial of legendary composer Naushad, Bollywood came to pay its respects. It wasn't flashy. And, the stars who dropped by were older, possibly because they were more aware of the enormity of their loss.

Dilip Kumar, Dharmendra, Asha Parekh, music composer Ravindra Jain, Govinda, Kirti Kumar, Mahesh Bhatt, Ismail Durbar, Tabassum, Khayyam and even the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Vilasrao Deshmukh - they all paid their respects to a man responsible for weaving in much poetry into the fabric of Indian cinema.
