Kundan Shah's black comedy tops the list every time.

Touching on everything from corruption to corpses, murder to mayhem and laced liberally with cross-referenced chaos, this is as good -- and as clever -- as a Hindi film has ever been. And it boasts one of the finest ensemble casts ever assembled. A work of sheer genius, there can never be another JBDY.
