Celina: I know I have a perfect figure
When prodded about whether hers is such a hot name that it can bring audiences to theatres, she answers candidly, "I can pull a film on my own, but I must get the right kind of script. There are many aspects of filmmaking that go into making a film a hit. If a script is good, the production values too have to be good, as does the cinematography. An actor can give a brilliant performance, but a lot of other things depend on making a film a hit."
Despite the familiar bikini and role of a dancer, her role in Jawaani Diwani is different. "I play a local celebrity in Goa who, in her heart, believes in marriage and its institution. I believe sexual intimacy has to end in marriage. In short, you can say that despite my western looks in the film, I portray Indian values."
