The princess of Tamil cinema

Everyone -- producers, directors, actors -- is currently wooing her. And, like a true princess, Asin takes her time to come to a decision on which
project she will choose to work in. She will now be acting simultaneously
with Vijay in Pokiri, and Ajit in Aalavar.
Unlike many other heroines, Asin is unpretentious, friendly and always
smiling. Despite being the top star in Tamil Nadu and tasting tremendous
success, she still looks unaffected and informal, like a regular young
college girl. Shobha Warrier recently caught up with the hottest heroine in
Tamil cinema. Excerpts from an interview:
How do you react to papers describing you as the hottest Tamil heroine?
I don't know (laughs). I would prefer being calling a good performer or
talented artiste.
