Philosophy changes with time, doesn’t it? We had communism, Gandhian philosophy and socialism earlier, but today’s generation thinks of making money all the time, right?

I have also made a lot of money, and I don’t think it is wrong to be successful and make money. What I mean when I say Gandhian thoughts is that he stressed the need for honesty. One must be true to oneself. There is a court of conscience in everyone, and that is a law above every law. I think this law is missing in the present generation’s mind. I think you must own up to yourself if you do wrong.

One must have compassion towards other people, non-violence and religious tolerance. I feel it is important to have these things in life. But, you will ask me how much I know about Gandhian thoughts, and I will retort by asking the same question to you. So, it is not good to pass the buck. I have done this film so that today’s generation comes to know about Gandhian thoughts.
