What she hates about Bollywood

It's plagued by yellow journalism! Stories just come out from nowhere and hit headlines and become international news. Any journalist can write anything and it becomes just big news. Even trash gets listed as fact.

I just pray to god and say, 'Please curse these people for writing all these horrible things!' (Laughs)

Seriously, one has to turn a deaf ear. But sometimes I go to the cops and send a legal notice. You really can't get it that wrong.

And what she likes about it

I like the industry, the people, the way of life, the never-say-die attitude, how it's marketing our culture, marketing us all over the world, how people look at our films and say 'wow.' I love the colours, the music, the fact that we as people are more expressive.

I'd work with anyone who has an interesting script and wants to make a great movie. I would love to work with (director) Shekhar Kapur. I was supposed to be launched by him (in Tara Rum Pum Pum), but that never happened.
