Shah Rukh Khan is widely considered one of the best Bollywood dancers.

And as he inches towards 40, We decided to ask the industry's choreographers what they thought of the Bollywood badshah. Here's what they have to say:

Saroj Khan

When Shah Rukh first came [to me], he was a newcomer. This was when we were working on King Uncle. From that point on, till when we parted professionally, it has always been a very good experience working with him.

At that time, he used to be a learner, and when I parted with him, he had become a teacher. When you are a learner, you listen -- you absorb what is being told to you. Slowly, it became vice versa. He began to modify, to explain, to teach.

One should always be open to learning, and I'm still learning. I know I just did my job, and he was always great -- as a performer, as an artiste, as a human being.
