At 14,500 feet above sea level, Shilpa and Shamita spent considerable time in conversation with the jawans, trying to get to know them.
Later that day, they met heroes of a different kind -- the Animal Unit, consisting of mules who are the lifeline of soldiers high in the mountains, as they carry essential supplies up and down the steep terrain.
