The star siblings trekked it up to Nathula Pass on the Indo-China border, but were unfortunately much the worse for wear.
While boasting of tremendously fit bodies, the sisters were obviously unable to cope with the extreme temperatures and the lack of oxygen at the high altitude.
Both experienced severe motion sickness, but fought through it bravely to spend eight days with the jawans.
