A goofball with a tremendous record in terms of scoring chicks, Neal's quite the charmer. But his carefree life as a flirt is threatened when his parents tell him to marry.

Neal gives in, and agrees to marry 'Sweetie' from Bhatinda, whom he's never met. He thinks it's his best shot at an actual wife. But before the wedding, he asks for one last wish: a 21-day bachelor vacation in Vancouver, so he can score before he settles down.
