I enjoy doing comedy films and make audiences laugh. David Dhawan and I really get along, especially after our earlier hit, Biwi No 1. In that film, I played the other woman. But in this, I play the 'wife.' (Salman and Sushmita pretend to be married in this film).
There is no comedy filmmaker like David. His films make me happy. Sometimes they are nonsensical but he is unapologetic. He says this is my cinema. Take it or leave it.
My only regret in MPKK was that they never took me to those beautiful locations of Dubai and Mauritius for the shoot! They had a blast there and would tease me as I had to shoot in the hot and stuffy studios of Mumbai.
Katrina has done a wonderful job in the film. She has picked up very fast and is doing well.
