Every year, for one day, Hollywood leaves its massive Los Angeles home and hops across the pond, with every million dollar baby - thanks, Clint! - glinting in her slinkiest gown. Award shows before the Oscars traditionally just change the booking odds, but the British Academy Film and Television Awards are a more esoteric lot of critical picks. The awards are held in the classically wet Leicester Square, and the host for the fifth consecutive BAFTAs, Stephen Fry, welcomed Hollywood to `London's litter-strewn West End.' Then, looking around at the stars - pictured here are Keanu Reeves, Leonardo DiCaprio, Claudia Schiffer and Diane Kruger - he corrected himself: `That should be glitter-strewn.' Here's a look at the big BAFTA winners of 2005.
