A lot of times, my friends make films but don't offer me roles. When I ask why I am not a part of your film since you claim to be my friend, they come up with a great excuse: "Tere layak koi kaam nahin tha(There was no role worthy of you)"
And here, Samar was after me, and emotionally blackmailed me to do his film. He involved all his friends to make the film, so we had a very cooperative atmosphere on the sets.
We had gone to Malyasia to shoot the film as no airport in India gave us permission to shoot for such long hours. If we had shot the film at an abandoned airport, it would have not looked like an airport. We shot for over a month and all actors were available 24/7! We were busy but gave an entire month to the film. The film was shot in one schedule.
Samar Khan is a very competent director and gives attention to the minutest details. He knew his job and was always prepared. There was no time wasted. I told him during the shoot of the film that it did not look like his first film as a director. He would reply jokingly, "Why? You think this is my last film?"
