Her debut film, Nagesh Kukunoor's Bollywood Calling, put her on the map, even though the film sank.

But Perizaad Zorabian got her real break when Subhash Ghai roped her in his production, Joggers' Park. Costarring Victor Banerjee, Perizaad played the love interest of a retired judge. Unfortunately, neither that nor Mumbai Matinee fared well.

Her latest film, Mahesh Dattani's Morning Raga, also stars Shabana Azmi and Prakash Rao. It will release on October 29.

Perizaad spoke to News Editor (Entertainment) Syed Firdaus Ashraf about her new film and future plans.
