The elaborate, week-long wedding of Vanisha Mittal, daughter of the richest Indian in the world, Lakshmi Mittal, with Amit Bhatia on June 22 in Paris saw a lot of Bollywood stars in attendance.

The engagement ceremony on June 20 included a play scripted by Javed Akhtar, choreographed by Farah Khan, and enacted by the bride, bridegroom, and her parents. Shankar Mahadevan composed the music.

Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Rani Mukerji and Saif Ali Khan are rumoured to have performed at the wedding. It may be recalled that SRK had also performed at Mittal's elder son Aditya's wedding in Kolkata in 1998.
