Vikram Bhatt’s latest film Aetbaar revolves around three main characters: a father, a daughter and an obsessed lover.

Dr Malhotra (Amitabh Bachchan) is very protective about his daughter Riya (Bipasha Basu). While he cannot think of spending even a day without her, Riya finds him over-possessive.

Soon, Aryan (John Abraham) enters her life. Dr Malhotra despises Aryan as he finds him to wild and rebellious. But Riya falls in love with him.

While father and daughter have a clash, Aryan holds Riya closer, until it is too difficult for her to breathe. He turns into obsessive lover.

Can Dr Malhotra rescue his little girl from a man violently in love with her?
