Bhelpuriwallas Lalchand and Sanjay Singh work quietly on the streets of Mumbai. They talk softly and dress neatly. But what they have will make any rival go green with envy: a clientele with a difference.

"Our customers include Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Kareena Kapoor," they claim. Not surprising, as they are situated just outside Mumbai's Mehboob Studios in Bandra.
