Kyun....! Ho Gaya Na marks the directorial debut of Sameer Karnik, a school friend of Vivek.

The story revolves around a boy (Vivek) who does not believe in love. He is all for arranged marriage. Aishwarya opposes his point of view. She feels that love is the best thing that can happen to mankind. A 'love marriage' is the only way to find the right partner.
