The Golden Globe awards are a good forerunner of what to expect at the Academy Awards.
However, with two sets of nominations for Drama as well as Musical/Comedy, the Globes are easier to win than the Oscars. Still, the Oscar nominations a month later will certainly be coloured by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's Golden Globe nods.
