Ashutosh Gowariker’s follow-up to his smash success Lagaan, Swades stars Bollywood’s most prolific superstar, Shah Rukh Khan.
The film, which also marks the debut of Gayatri Joshi as Khan’s love interest, releases December 17.
In Swades, Gowariker brings together a familiar musical combination. A R Rahman crafts the tunes while Javed Akhtar gives them words.
