Director Himanshu Brahmbhatt began his career by assisting Mahesh Bhatt on Naam in 1984. Since then, he has worked with Bhatt on 22 films.
Brahmbhatt's directorial debut was Vishwasghaat (1996), starring Suniel Shetty and Anupam Kher. He followed it up the next year with Andaz Tera Mastana.
