In a ballroom at Mumbai's Intercontinental Grand Hotel, camerapersons sat like members of a not-very-covert group of assassins.
They removed equipment from their bags, swung their machines on to tripods, aligned them precisely with expected positions for their eventual target, and mechanically swung on different lens attachments, all in meticulous preparation to get the perfect shot.
Then Christina Aguilera walked in.
And a stampede began.
