FDI flows to cross $35 bn this fiscal: Nath

Union Commerce Minister Kamal Nath on Monday said that foreign direct investment or FDI, in India will be in excess of $35 billion in the current financial year that ends in March despite the global economic melt down.
Last week, Nath had said that FDI's in India rose 124 per cent to $14.6 billion in the April-August period. The minister also said that India expects exports to grow by 30 per cent this month, in line with the growth so far in the 2008-09 financial year.
