The Tata Motor's decision to pull out of the small car project from Singur is a 'victory' of the people and the party's peaceful movement against forcible land acquisition, Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee claimed on Saturday.
"And, now it is time to bid farewell also to the Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee government," Banerjee told reporters in Kolkata.
"Ratan Tata said a lot of bad things against us and belittled a people's peaceful movement against forcible farmland acquisition. He should not play with fire," she added.
