US stocks wilt once more

The Wall Street continued to fall on the back of economic worries.

The Dow Industrial Average index tumbled 224 points to 8,274. The Nasdaq slipped 35 points to 1,482.

The Indian ADRs, too, ended on mixed note. Tata Motors soared 7% to $4.30. MTNL and Sterlite gained around 2.5% each at $3.13 and $4.54, respectively.

On the other hand, Wipro shed 2.7% at $6.88. HDFC Bank and Tata Communications slipped around 1.5% each at $57.07 and $19, respectively.

Infosys was down over 1% at $24.43.
