Necessity is the mother of invention. With customers needs changing everyday, car markers are grappling with various issues -- design, speed, fuel efficiency, environment conservation, etc -- as they work on new 'concept' cars.
By definition, a concept car is a prototype that showcases a new style or technology. It is aimed at gauging customer acceptance to a revolutionary idea. Some concept cars, of course, are introduced in the market commercially after a while.
Here are some super cars. Will any of these ever come to India? Well, your guess is as good as ours.
Saleen S5S Raptor
