With an ageing population and employees preferring a work-life balance, employers across the globe find the biggest challenge in hiring and retaining talent.
As jobs boom in India, there is a mad rush for talent in India. Managing talent is the most critical human resources (HR) challenge worldwide and will remain at or near the top of executive agendas in every region and industry for the foreseeable future, according to the global study.
In India, The Boston Consulting Group partnered with Confederation of Indian Industry to conduct the survey.
