Budget: What's cheaper, what's costlier

If you are happy with Budget proposals placed in the Lok Sabha on Friday and want to throw a party, go on.
With Finance Minister P Chidambaram's proposal not mentioning anything about the liquor prices, there's no need to think about the price tag of your favourite drink.
